Shipping charges and taxes.

Delivery Promise.

The standard delivery timeframe for a product purchased through this website is five (5) business days, beginning on the day after the purchase order is accepted or payment is received. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Electroservimos S.A. that are unavoidable and result in delivery delays, the buyer will be notified of such circumstances by phone or email.

The sale is subject to inventory availability. If the product is not available when we process the order, Electroservimos S.A. will contact the customer to resolve the situation.

Shipping Times and Policies

www.electroservimos.co We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Your order will be delivered to your home on the assigned date, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The merchandise will be delivered to the address provided by the user, with the exception of bulky items (pipes, poles, and items that are too heavy, large, or oversized), which will be left on the first floor of the delivery address. In the case of gated communities or condominiums where entry is not permitted, the items will be delivered to the front desk; in the case of pedestrian-only streets, they will be left as far as the vehicle can reach.

The electronic sales invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order; a hard copy will also be included with the order.

Terms and Conditions

· Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. You must be present at the delivery address during this time.

· Location: Products will be left on the first floor of the registered address and/or as far as the vehicle can access. If the products need to be taken upstairs, an elevator must be available. This does not apply to bulky or heavy items such as pipes, poles, transformers, and others. If no one is available to receive the delivery at the time of delivery, we will contact the buyer to schedule a new delivery, which will incur an additional shipping fee. 2. In-Store Pickup

Shop Online Go to www.electroservimos.cOr, choose your product and make sure it has the “In-Store Pickup” icon and options. This applies only to pickup at the main location in Medellín, Cra 52 #53-91.

 Choose a payment method and select the “Pickup Location” option after completing your purchase; we’ll send you two emails—one confirming your purchase and another letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.

Pick up your order. Go to the store only after you receive the email with the subject line “You can now pick up your purchase.” After receiving this email, you have eight (8) CALENDAR DAYS to pick up your items. If you have not picked up the merchandise by the end of this period, we will contact you to issue a refund.

In the event that we visit the buyer’s address and are unable to deliver the order because the buyer or an authorized representative is not present, the delivery may be rescheduled after contacting the buyer by phone to notify them of the situation and coordinate a new delivery date. this delivery will incur an additional charge equal to the shipping cost listed on the invoice. Benefits

Right of Withdrawal, Except for Excluded Products

Users of www.electroservimos.co have the option to exercise their right to cancel their purchase; that is, they may independently and freely request that the purchase be reversed by returning the items to their original condition; that is, the user must return the purchased merchandise in perfect condition, unused, and suitable for resale, and Electroservimos S.A. must refund the amount paid for the product. This is provided that the following conditions are met:

· Timeframe: Within five (5) calendar days of the product's delivery.

· Condition of the merchandise: The user must return the product to Electroservimos S.A. in the same condition as when it was received—unused and unassembled—in its original box or packaging, in perfect condition, with all parts, catalogs, and manuals included; suitable for resale.

· Shipping costs: These must be paid by the user, as well as any other costs associated with returning the item.

· Excluded products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or those that were produced, manufactured, assembled, cut, or prepared according to the user’s specifications, or that are clearly customized.

· We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that were made to order, custom-designed, custom-cut, custom-made, or produced according to specific specifications.

Electroservimos S.A. will issue a refund to the customer within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the returned merchandise.

The merchandise may be returned using any of these methods, at the user's discretion. If a shipping carrier is required for the return, the customer must pay the shipping costs.

Return Policies.

· The product must be in saleable condition (unused, never plugged in, unassembled, in its original packaging, with catalogs, manuals, and all parts included).

· You must present the payment receipt (invoice) for the purchase; if you do not have it, you can request a proof of purchase and/or purchase certificate.

· The maximum time limit for requesting a product exchange is five (5) days after receiving the product. If an external carrier is required, ELECTROSERVIMOS will cover the shipping costs; if the five (5) day period has passed, the shipping cost will be borne 100% by the customer—that is, the cost of shipping the product to our offices and the return shipping cost to the customer’s destination for all other products (except for excluded products, which are NOT eligible for exchange or return).

Warranty Policies.

· The warranty period for each product is specified on the invoice, specifically in the description of each product, using the following notation: G1A or G1M. The letter “G” stands for “guarantee”; the number indicates the duration; and the letters “A” or “M” refer to “years” or “months,” respectively.

· Under the warranty process, the affected part will be repaired; if this is not possible, a new product with similar specifications and price will be provided; if this is not possible, a refund for the amount paid for the product will be issued.

· To file a warranty claim, you must bring the physical product to any of our locations. We recommend checking in advance to see if the product is in stock at the location for replacement.

· The warranty for any product is subject to a technical evaluation.

· In some cases, the product must be sent to the supplier for technical review, and the supplier will determine whether or not to honor the warranty, providing the necessary justification; in these cases, the company is subject to the supplier’s response time.

· If the defect recurs, at the consumer’s discretion, the company will either perform another repair, refund the purchase price, or replace the product with another of the same type, with similar characteristics or technical specifications.

· The warranty will not apply if the diagnosis is:

· Void, torn, or altered warranty sticker.

· Improper installation, handling, or use of the product.

· Impacts or malfunctions.

· A ballast and/or other product with connection wires that have been cut by more than 5% of their initial and/or original factory length.

 The consumer failed to follow the installation, use, or maintenance instructions provided in the product manual and warranty.
